Items purchased online: If you are not satisfied with an item, you may return it within 14 days for Return, exchange or store credit. All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Goods must be returned in the same condition as when received and must be returned via trackable delivery to be eligible for a return.

Once returned the item will undergo a quality control check to ensure it has not been damaged or Torn or suffered other kinds of strain. When we accept the return, a refund, exchange or store credit will be issued.

The Wilde Shop does not refund costs for shipment in case of return.
